%X With the advancement of technology, integrated analysis of different environmental constraints relief in terrestrial systems currently relies on significant contributions of remote sensing and GIS in order to perform analyzes faster and cheaper way, expanding possibilities for diagnostics, environmental monitoring and planning. The main objective of this research is to analyze through orbital data and geoprocessing correlation distribution of rainfalls of Mamanguape Basin River basin located in the Paraíba State, recorded by orbital satellite Rainfall Measurement Mission (TRMM) between the years 1998 and 2011, taking into account the relief altimetry data obtained from Shuttle Radar Topographic Mission (SRTM) and its effect on the rainfall distribution in the basin. The study covers the time series rainfall data recorded between the years 1998 and 2011, adding a total of thirteen (13) years. The main limitations found in this study relate to the small series studied temporal and spatial distribution of the sampling points of the rainfall data, which are not spread satisfactorily in basin studies. Noticed a strong relationship between levels of precipitation and elevation relief in Mamanguape Basin River, where the higher the relief is, the lower the basin recorded rain gauge indices.
